The property consists of 2 reception rooms (both with televisions and double futons) and 3 double bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and utensils, full cooking facilities and laundry facilities. The bathroom is located on the ground floor. Linen and towels are provided and a cot is available.

The property is centrally heated and double glazed and there is a furnished patio area to the rear of the property with a charcoal barbeque for guests use. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement.

North Park is located at the rear of the property and houses an extensive children's play area to suit all ages.
